Work Information
| Research Focus | My research focus is on combined wave and offshore wind energy converters, studding the integration as co-located farms or hybrid devices. Furthermore, on my PhD I am studding a specific hybrid energy converter, integrating an OWC around a monopile offshore wind substructure. To carri on the study of this new device I have been working on physical and numerical modelling, testing a scale model in a wave/current flume and developing a CFD numerical model of the physical model by the Star CCM+ software. |
